Terms of Service

1) Acceptance

By creating an account or using Fantasy Arbitrator (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

2) Beta Disclaimer (2025)

The Service is in public beta for the 2025 season and provided “as is” and “as available.” Features may change, break, or be removed. We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version here.

2a) Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use Fantasy Arbitrator. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

We do not knowingly collect or solicit information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

3) What We Do (and Don’t)

We offer structured, neutral trade rulings based on the information you provide. We don’t control your league platform, league members, or outcomes. Final decisions in your league are yours to implement.

4) Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate info about your league and proposed trades.
• Don’t abuse, attack, or attempt to break the Service.
• Only upload content you have the right to share.

5) Content & Privacy

You keep ownership of content you submit (e.g., notes, screenshots). You grant us a limited license to process it to run the Service. We handle data as described in our Privacy Policy (coming next).

6) Fees

The 2025 season is free during beta. We may offer paid plans in future seasons with advance notice. Any future pricing will be clear and optional before you’re charged.

7) Warranties & Liability

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, league outcomes, or business interruption arising from use of the Service.

8) Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if we believe you’re violating these Terms or harming the Service or other users.

9) Changes

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above and may provide additional notice in the app.
